Conditions and methods for registering to vote outside the constituency In case of voting before Election Day

  • The elector is a resident outside the constituency.
  • An elector whose name has been on the household register in the constituency for less than 90 days.
  • Electors are ordered by the government to perform their duties outside the constituency.

How to register to voteout of area

1. Submit by yourself

Registration can be submitted in 3 ways:

District registration offices, district offices and local offices

Applications can be submitted from March 25, 2023 until April 9, 2023 during office hours.

Documents and evidence used to submit the claim (submit by yourself)

* petition form

* Copy of ID card

Note: If voters are not available, they can prepare a letter of assignment for other voters to submit a request on their behalf.

2. Submit by post

To address the envelope to the sheriff or the local registrar.

Applications can be submitted from March 25, 2023 to April 9, 2023, counting from the postmark date.

3. Apply online

Registration can be made from March 25, 2023 to April 9, 2023.

 You can register 24 hours a day and the system will automatically close on April 9, 2023 at 24:00 local time in Thailand.

  • Name-Surname Day/Month/Year of Birth 
  • number on the back of the ID card
  • House code number 11 digits
  • Place to vote

* Eligible voters who have received a government order to perform their duties on Election Day.

*A general elector who has proof that on election day must be on duty outside the constituency.

How to register to votein the district

Applications can be submitted in 2 ways:

1. Submit by yourself

Note: Voters can make an assignment letter for other voters to apply for them.
